as all products are made to order, all sales are final and non refundable

if a product is faulty (upon confirmation of defectiveness) we will send a postage slip to you to send the product back to us and we will remake your order

we do not accept defective or incorrect item exchanges after 7 days of receiving your order

please send us an email with your order number, details of product defectiveness and images. we will get back to you if the product is eligible for exchange. to be eligible for exchange the item must be unused, and in the same condition and packaging that you received it
